The First International Creative Education Network (ICEnet) Forum
The first International Creative Practitioners Forum will take place in Vilnius (Lithuania) on the 22‐24 of May, 2013.
Around
80 artists and other creative professionals from Belgium, the
Netherlands, UK, Germany, Sweden, Croatia, Hungary, Czech Republic,
Finland, Italy, Norway and Lithuania will gather as a community of
practitioners to connect, share and learn from each other.
The
Forum is organised by the founding partners in the emerging
International Creative Education Network (ICEnet). The programme is
focused mainly on sharing practice on how to develop the creativity of
children and young people and is composed of a wide range of workshops
exploring creative learning practices all developed and led by creative
practitioners. All the workshops include time for discussion and
reflection.
The Forum will end with an Open Space event.
The
Forum is hosted by Creative Partnerships Lithuania team in Education
Development Centre in close collaboration with Creativity, Culture and
Education, the United Kingdom, Artists group “Žuvies akis” (“Fish Eye”),
Lithuania, and other ICEnet partners.
